The film Wonder, by Lionsgate released in the year 2017 has been a box office success, with a budget of $20 million and garnering $306.2 million, acclaimed widely by both critics and audiences. The film is based on R.J. Palacio’s novel of the same name.

What sets Wonder apart is the message it conveys that love wins over hate. The film revolves around Auggie Pullman, 11 years old, a child who is born with a genetic disorder that is rare and a facial malformation leading him to face much discrimination and bullying from his classmates, who are studying in a private school. Mark Bomback wrote the screenplay for the film and it is produced by Todd Lieberman and David Hoberman.
