Storyline and Cast

'Where’s Wanda?' is a dark comedy that tells the story of Dedo and Carlotta Klatt, played by Axel Stein and Heike Makatsch, who are searching for their missing 17-year-old daughter, Wanda, played by Lea Drinda. The police fail to find her, so the family uses surveillance devices with the help of their tech-savvy son, Ole. Disguised as employees of an electrical company, they bug their neighborhood and uncover secrets.

Production and Creative Team

The series is produced by UFA Fiction, a Fremantle-owned company. It is created, written, and executive produced by British writer Oliver Lansley. Nataly Kudiabor and Sebastian Werninger also serve as executive producers. The series is co-created and based on a story by Zoltan Spirandelli. Christian Ditter and Tobi Baumann direct the series, with Ditter also serving as an executive producer.
