Written and directed by Werner Herzog, it was recreated in 1979. Robert Eggers thought about this project in 2015 but directed 'The Lighthouse' and 'The Northman' in the meantime.

Now, 'Nosferatu' will haunt the cinema-lovers at the time of Christmas this year. It is scheduled to be released on December 25, 2024, reports 'Collider'. It will hit the screens a few days after Disney's 'Lion King' prequel 'Mufasa' and Paramount’s 'Sonic the Hedgehog 3'. These films will arrive on December 20.
