As of now, you cannot use the same WhatsApp account on many devices. And many people, who use two or more smartphones at once, have faced issues due to this limiting feature of the messaging platform. But here is some good news for all those, who want a solution. According to WABetaInfo, WhatsApp has introduced a "companion mode" feature that will let users access the same account on multiple devices. The users would be allowed to use the same WhatsApp account on four devices simultaneously with the launch of the new feature, the reports said.

However, the beta version of the feature will currently be available only to some Android users. The companion mode feature was tested in a previous WhatsApp beta and was available to tablet users. But now, Android users will be able to use this feature as well. With the newly-launched feature, when users install WhatsApp on a new phone, they will get the option to link their account with another device via a QR code. The option can be accessed after tapping the three-dot menu in the upper right corner of the window.
