Talking to 'Metro.co.uk', casting director Debbie McWilliams hinted at what producer Barbara Broccoli wants from the man playing her next action lead. Debbie McWilliams has been in charge of casting every Bond film since 'GoldenEye' in 1995. She told the news outlet that the new James Bond will have to be extremely charismatic, fit and prepared for his life to change. She admitted that it is not everybody who wants that kind of stardom.


She told 'Metro' that Daniel Craig has very much steered himself away from any of that, and she thinks he has done that very cleverly. Debbie McWilliams added that Craig has not sought the limelight, he has just been happy to do the job.
