The Peripheral show's story

The show revolves around the story of a young woman, Flynne Fisher. She lives an everyday life while working and caring for her ailing mother, Ella Fisher. Flynne's brother Burton Fisher spends most of his time playing games.

Flynn's best friend, Billy Ann, tells her that she is wasting her time at the printing shop and should play games to earn extra money. Billy tries to convince Flynn that women are also getting into the game industry and earning well.






Later in the episode, Burton gets a gaming device for which he was chosen as a beta tester. The game's condition was straightforward, the longer he survives, the more money he will earn. Burton asks Flynn to play the game. And Flynn's life gets upside down after she agrees to do so. At the end of episode 1, Flynn learns that some people want to kill her.

The Peripheral" episode 2

Episode 2 of the show reveals that a woman name Cherise Nuland has put a bounty on Flynn. Burtons and his friends engage in a violent fight against the mercenaries who have come to kill Flynn. And the second episode of "The Peripheral" moves further in this context.
