US Weather forecast: High pressure will continue to promote dry weather across the Southeast. There will be at least some sunshine and it will be quite warm. Temperatures will be 10 to 20 degrees above average for this time of year.

On the warmer side of the storm, precipitation will fall as rain from Michigan to Arkansas. In the southern portions of the Ohio Valley into the Mississippi Valley there will be a narrow corridor of fast-moving thunderstorms. These thunderstorms will be capable of producing damaging wind gusts and hail. Rain will advance into Pennsylvania and New York where it may freeze on some surfaces due to recent snow.
