In an interview, the Director of the US Secret Service Kimberly Cheatle made a bizarre claim which only raises further questions on the competency of an agency whose mandate is to guard the POTUS and his deputy and their families.

Sloping rooftop:
In a bizarre claim, she said that the assassin was positioned on a slopping rooftop and hence the Secret Service could not secure the building. It is from this vantage point that the assassin aimed at Trump and nearly killed the former president. She said that her personnel’s safety could not be compromised. She said that it could have been dangerous scaling this sloping rooftop. This has raised questions on the physical abilities of a Secret Service agent and their level of training. Many have asked if they are so incompetent that they cannot secure a rooftop even if it is slopping? Many others pointed out that the Director’s claims are bizarre and she was attempting a cover up.
Blame game:
When questioned further, the Director of the prestigious Secret Service blamed the local police in Butler. She said that securing the buildings in the outer parameter was a task given to the local police and they had failed in it.Security lapses:
Amongst the various lapses that have been identified, the Secret Service did not secure this building in which the assassin took cover under.
