Sharon Osbourne paid a quiet tribute to her late husband, Ozzy Osbourne, during his funeral procession in Birmingham on Wednesday, July 30. The iconic Black Sabbath frontman, who passed away on July 22 at the age of 76, was remembered by family, fans, and the public in a solemn ceremony.

Sharon, 72, was seen wearing a large gold ring with diamonds tied to a gold chain around her neck. The sentimental gesture did not go unnoticed. Photos of the moment spread online, with many speculating that the ring belonged to Ozzy and may have been his wedding band.

While official confirmation has not been provided, the ring’s appearance and timing have led many fans to believe it was a deeply personal piece tied to the couple’s long marriage.

A family united in grief

Despite the emotional day, Sharon remained composed. She was joined by her children Aimee, 41, Kelly, 40, Jack, 39, and stepson Louis as they approached a memorial site to lay flowers. Each child appeared to honor Ozzy in their own way.

Kelly wore purple-tinted round sunglasses reminiscent of her father’s style. Jack wore a cross pin, and Aimee wore a bat-shaped brooch, likely a nod to Ozzy’s stage persona.

The family is expected to hold a private funeral following the public procession.
