Was Chris Cuomo wrongfully terminated? Let's find out!
The ex-CNN man Chris Cuomo was an anchor and is looking for a minimum of $125 million from CNN. He claims that CNN ruined his journalistic integrity and wrongfully terminated him.

Cuomo was fired in December by CNN after an investigation which claimed that he helped his brother, who was the former Governor of New York Andrew Cuomo. He was accused of a sexual harassment issue. The complaint also claimed that Chris Cuomo is owed at least $110 in addition to his salary and bonuses for CNN's failure to stop its employees from belittling him.
The arbitration demand and complaint said that Cuomo was damaged in numerous ways. The complaint also stated that CNN had smeared his image, and now it would be difficult for him to find work of similar nature.
The arbitration demand stated that the former CNN President and CMO (Chief Marketing Officer), namely Jeff Zucker and Allison Gollust, respectively, were aware of Cuomo's aid to his brother. It also stated that Cuomo's efforts did not violate policies, standards, and practices with CNN.
Cuomo's lawyer says that it's obvious now that Cuomo has not lied to CNN about his helping of his brother. The arbitration demand also states that Zucker and Gollust provided talking points to Cuomo's brother to respond to former President Donald Trump's comments.
It even states that Zucker and Gollust asked for Covid testing on priority from the governor's office in March 2020. An investigation by Attorney General Letitia James found that Mr Andrew Cuomo had sexually harassed multiple women. Due to this, the governor resigned from his post in August.
However, Andrew Cuomo denies touching any woman inappropriately. Everyone from CNN to Zucker to Gollust has denied to comment at this time and shed light on what is happening. Cuomo's arbitration demand states that CNN never informed him about which part of his contract justifies his termination.
