Warzone & Black Ops 6 90s Action Heroes event is one of the major highlights of Season 5. The event begins on August 21, 2025, and continues until September 4, 2025. Players can progress by earning XP in Multiplayer, Zombies, and Warzone.

Rewards include sprays, emblems, calling cards, operator skins, XP Tokens, GobbleGums, and the final Boxing Gloves Mastery Reward. BlackCell Pass owners will also receive an exclusive Blueprint once all milestones are completed.

Warzone & Black Ops 6 90s Action Heroes Event Start Date, End Date and Time

The Warzone & Black Ops 6 90s Action Heroes event goes live on August 21 at 10 AM PT and concludes on September 4 at 10 AM PT. Players must earn 626,000 XP to unlock all rewards.


Once the event ends, the Boxing Gloves will move into the Armory. Any unused XP Tokens or GobbleGums will carry forward into Black Ops 7.

Warzone & Black Ops 6 90s Action Heroes Event: How it Works?

The event is based on XP progression. Players unlock rewards when they hit milestone targets. Playing matches, eliminating enemies, and completing objectives will help accumulate XP across different game modes.

Double XP Tokens can be used to speed up progress. Mastery Rewards are available once all milestones are completed, with one free item for everyone and one reserved for BlackCell Pass holders.

• Unlocking the Boxing Gloves in Black Ops 6 & Warzone

The Boxing Gloves are the final free Mastery Reward. To unlock them, players must earn 626,000 XP and complete all milestone rewards before September 4, 2025.

Players who purchase the Season 5 BlackCell Pass for $29.99 will also receive the Boxing Gloves BlackCell Blueprint once they finish the event.

Carryover to Black Ops 7

Players who collect XP Tokens and GobbleGums during the Warzone & Black Ops 6 90s Action Heroes event but do not use them in Black Ops 6 will have them carried over into Black Ops 7.
