Wales Football Association releases short video of its World Cup 2022 theme song

The Football Association of Wales (FAW) has given out a date to release their World Cup song with a teaser video. The song is a part of Cymru’s future World Cup campaign.

The World Cup is about three weeks away, and the world is excited to see Wales’ comeback in the tournament for the first time since 1958. For this competition, Wales will go to Qatar with their anthem.

Anthem to release on November 11

Dafydd Iwan, who has turned identical to the Wales team, performs his famous song after his recent performance on Yma o Hyd before and post crucial games.


According to the teaser, the full anthem will be released on November 11. The video record the entire journey of Wales, including every high and low moment for the team. The video shows the team’s pain after missing a match against Romania and the victory of Gareth Bale and Co for fulfilling their dream of World Cup qualification.
