Nuttycombe, who is known for accurate election predictions, gave a bold statement. He said, “Abigail Spanberger becoming governor of Virginia is as certain as the sun rising tomorrow”, as stated by Fox5. According to his forecast, Spanberger has a 98% chance of winning.
