Vanarama National League kicks off on August 5

The Vanarama National League kicks off on August 5. All preparations have been made and the clubs are gearing up for the showdown with their arch rivals.

Chesterfield host Dorking Wanderers at the SMH Group Stadium. Hartlepool United will take on Barnet while Boreham Wood will face Gateshead. On the other hand, York City meet Wealdstone while Altrincham face Dagenham & Redbridge.

Eastbourne Borough will play against Hampton & Richmond on the inaugural day of the tournament. Chelmsford City will take on Farnborough, Aveley will play against Chippenham, and Truro City against Welling. Title hopefuls Maidstone United will take on St Albans City.


The National League is called the Vanarama National League for sponsorship reasons. Clubs like Chesterfield, Oldham Athletic, Rochdale, York City, and Southend United take part in this league.
