Shopify Rebellion secured the top spot in the annual Valorant Champions Tour Game Changers Championship. The team collectively won $500,000 prize pool. The North American team showcased their prowess in a closely contested grand finals against Team Liquid Brazil, ultimately claiming the title with a 3-2 victory.

Shopify Rebellion dominated the championship from the start, triumphing over EDward Gaming and BBL Queens with convincing 2-0 sweeps. In a redemption match against last year's champion, G2 Gozen, Shopify Rebellion secured a 2-1 victory.

From Lower Bracket Underdogs to Grand Final Contenders
On the other side, Team Liquid Brazil faced early setbacks with a 2-0 loss to G2 Gozen in the upper bracket quarterfinals. In the lower bracket, they eliminated Evil Geniuses and BBL Queens with decisive 2-0 victories. Team Liquid then secured a surprising upset against G2 Gozen in the lower bracket finals, earning their place in the grand final showdown.


Shopify Rebellion Seizes Victory
The grand finals witnessed intense competition, with Team Liquid initially asserting dominance in the first half of the first game. However, Shopify Rebellion soon witnessed a comeback, forcing the game into overtime and ultimately securing a 14-12 victory.

The following games on Lotus and Breeze showcased the teams trading blows, but Shopify Rebellion's consistent performance allowed them to clinch the championship with a 3-2 scoreline.

Shopify Rebellion's Ava "florescent" Eugene standout among all the players and earned the MVP title with an outstanding debut, accumulating 112 kills throughout the series. This surpasses the previous record set by Max "Demon1" Mazanov, the 2023 VALORANT Champions MVP, with 101 kills in a best-of-five three months ago.

With this victory, Shopify Rebellion takes home the grand prize of $180,000, while Team Liquid Brazil secures the second-place position with a prize of $110,000.
