At Crudo y Nudo, Chef Brian Bornemann’s seafood-focused restaurant will replace its regular Neptune’s Flight experience with a one-night-only Venus Tasting Menu on February 14, priced at $150 per person.


The multi-course spread highlights regional seafood, including local caviar and uni, four seasonal crudo preparations such as Baja pink scallops served in the shell, lobster gnocchi, and cioppino. An optional four-glass wine pairing curated by Wine Director Simona Topuzovska will feature organic and biodynamic selections. The special menu will also be available on February 13, 15 and 16 alongside the restaurant’s seasonal à la carte offerings.



Meanwhile, A.O.C. will present prix-fixe brunch and dinner menus on Valentines day. Brunch, priced at $65 per person, includes shared starters like mini pastries or a smoked fish plate, followed by options such as crab cake eggs Benedict, Spanish fried chicken with cornmeal waffle, or hanger steak frites. Dinner, at $150 per person, features Ibérico toast with caviar, Maine lobster salad and entrées for two including seabass à la meunière or grilled wagyu bavette steak. Strawberry pavlova for two concludes the meal.

Valentine’s Day: Italian Cinema and Spanish Flair

Bar Toscana will mark Valentine’s day with an Italian cinema-inspired evening, screening Federico Fellini’s “La Dolce Vita” inside the bar. The casual celebration will feature themed dishes including sea bass carpaccio, wagyu beef tartare, burrata ravioli with black truffle and strawberry tiramisu. Seating will be first-come, first-served.

Telefèric Barcelona is offering a limited-time prix-fixe menu from February 13 to 15. Shareable tapas such as Jamón Ibérico de Bellota and squid ink croquetas precede entrées including Prime Wellington, grilled halibut and individual lobster paella. Dessert for two includes Basque shortbread and ginger-vanilla crema catalana. The restaurant’s gourmet market, El Merkat, is also selling chocolate-and-sangria gift packs for couples celebrating at home.



Valentine’s Day: Steakhouse Indulgence and Ocean Views

Mastro’s locations in Beverly Hills, downtown Los Angeles and Malibu will feature a month-long promotion, spotlighting a Valentine’s Day Chocolate Cheesecake and Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon. Extended dinner hours are planned for February 13 to 15, with popular dishes such as seafood towers and wagyu tomahawk steaks drawing crowds.

In Malibu, Mastro’s Ocean Club will host a Valentine’s brunch with live music, serving Maine lobster eggs Benedict, Red King crab omelets and steak and eggs alongside specialty cocktails.

At the Getty Center, the Restaurant and Trellis Bar & Lounge will offer limited-time dishes including iced Kusshi oysters, surf-and-turf with wagyu and lobster pasta, and rose-infused desserts. Themed cocktails such as “Red Hot Lovers” and “Dirty Cupid” will complement the menu.

Valentine’s Day: Sweet Treats and Casual Bites

For LA diners seeking something playful this Valentine’s week, Prince St. Pizza will introduce “Cupid’s Naughty Pie,” a $20 heart-shaped pizza available February 13 and 14 at locations including Malibu, Venice and West Hollywood.

Irv’s Burgers is offering a Strawberry Sweetheart Shake through the end of February. The $7.50 dessert blends vanilla soft serve with strawberry purée and heart-shaped sprinkles.

Poppi has teamed up with PopUp Bagels to launch a limited-time Shirley Temple–inspired cream cheese spread, available from February 12 to 25 at select locations.

Valentine’s Day: Galentine’s Gatherings and Afternoon Elegance

The Culver Hotel will host a one-day “Galentine’s Tea” on February 15 from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Priced at $75 per person, the brunch-hour tea includes artisan blends, finger sandwiches and pastries, with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine for guests dressed in theme. Live piano music and pink décor will set the tone for the friendship-focused event.

Fitoor Santa Monica will feature a limited-time Valentine’s day menu showcasing modern Indian cuisine. Highlights include watermelon and feta salad with kala khatta reduction, beet galouti kebab, pan-seared sea bass in ginger-coconut broth and cassata kulfi for dessert. A specialty cocktail, “Hum Tum (U ‘n’ i),” blends gin, Cointreau, rosemary and lemon.
