The storm, which devastated the West over the weekend, is predicted to get worse as it moves eastward on Tuesday before coming to a stop near the central Plains on Thursday, causing travel delays due to blowing snow and freezing rain. Power outages are a major issue, as around 15 million people in 12 states are under winter weather warnings or advisories.
