American millionaire Bryan Johnson
Bryan Johnson, the tech billionaire who sold his payment processing company for $800 million in a quest to reverse the ageing process, is now consuming 111 pills daily to stay young.

In a recent interview with TIME, Johnson revealed his daily regimen of consuming 111 pills, alongside the use of various health monitoring devices to track his progress. This includes wearing a baseball cap that emits red light onto his scalp, collecting his own stool samples, and sleeping with a tiny jet pack attached to monitor nighttime erections.

He reportedly spends $2 million (about Rs 16.5 crore) per year on his anti-aging hacks.

What does Johnson's aim to attain by going through this rigorous regime?
Johnson's ultimate goal is to transform his 46-year-old organs to resemble and function like those of an 18-year-old.

What steps has he taken so far to stay young?
  • Johnson's daily routine includes having dinner at an unusual hour of 11 a.m. His fascination with anti-ageing strategies has led him to this unorthodox lifestyle choice.
  • Johnson's commitment to this pursuit extends to his cautious driving habits. He navigates the streets of Los Angeles in an electric Audi, albeit at an exceptionally slow pace. Before setting off, he repeats his pre-driving mantra: "Driving is the most dangerous thing we do."
  • Johnson's dedication to his mission involves practices that might seem extreme to some. He has exchanged blood with his teenage son, takes over 100 supplements daily, and undergoes routine body fat scans and MRIs administered by a team of 30 doctors.
It's not just Johnson who has embraced this unusual path, even his chief marketing officer, Kate Tolo, has adopted a similar lifestyle.

His diet
In the interview, he revealed that he starts his day with a "green giant" smoothie, containing ingredients like collagen, spermidine, and creatine.
