US shoots down mystery objects, speculations over aliens, 'Project Blue Beam' grow
As US had shot down several high-altitude objects, there have been discussions about aliens and the conspiracy theory 'Project Blue Beam'.

American fighter jets shot down four high-altitude objects in airspace above the US and Canada starting from February 4. While the February 4 spy balloon was linked to China, other three objects sighted over Canada, Michigan, and Alaska are yet to be classified.
While interacting with media, US Air Force General Glen VanHerck has revealed that intelligence services were looking into "all possibilities", as per the Daily Star report.
Subsequently, there have been talks about a bizarre theory "Project Blue Beam" on the social media.
What is Project Blue Beam?
"Project Blue Beam" is a long-standing but unproven conspiracy theory. Canadian investigative journalist Serge Monast first talked about the theory in the mid-1990s. The theory, which has resurfaced again, claimed that the project was created by agents of the Pentagon and the NASA.
In 1994, Monast alleged in an investigation piece that the United Nations and NASA were aiming to create "new age religion". Monast was arrested twice in 1995 and 1996. He died of heart-attack.
After his death, the theory remained popular but there was no evidence or proof to substantiate the allegations.
