Donald Trump and Kamala Harris.
The campaign for the US Presidential Election 2024 is going to be extremely nasty, aggressive, personal and full of no-holds-barred barbs from both sides. It is clear from the first public meeting of Kamala Harris after President Joe Biden stepped aside and the rally attended by Republican candidate Donald Trump a few hours later. The Democrat contender referred to Trump as an “extremist” who wants to take the country backward. Delivering one of her first speeches as the likely Democratic nominee for president, Kamala Harris said that she would not go back. Soon came the reply of Donald Trump, who called her a “radical” liberal, reports 'The Washington Post.'

Kamala Harris slams Trump for Project 2025

Kamala Harris picked up Project 2025, a conservative policy blueprint that has been reportedly crafted by former Trump aides. She dubbed it “a plan to return America to a dark past.” It is clear that she successfully connected to the people present as they booed them when she mentioned the initiative and laughed when she said, “Can you believe they put that in writing?”

She said further she believes the country faces a choice between two different visions of the nation. Elaborating on her point, the vice president added one focused on the future, the other focused on the past and she would be fighting for the nation’s future.
