US President Joe Biden promises air defence systems for Ukraine after recent Russian attacks

Russia fired a deluge of missiles on Monday, targeting cities across Ukraine, leaving several dead, buildings destroyed, and parts of the country without electricity. The missile raids, said to be the biggest since the war started, disrupted civilian life significantly.
