Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, US President Joe Biden and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy have talked over the phone several times after the US government declared to support Kyiv militarily.

However, things sometimes don't go well between the allies too. There was a situation where the US President reportedly lost his temper when he was talking to the Ukrainian President over the phone, media reports said.

The conversation occurred in June when Biden could barely finish telling Zelenskyy that the US had greenlighted another package of $1 billion for Ukraine when Zelenskyy interrupted him and started listing additional help he required for the country, media reports said. According to people familiar with the matter, Biden immediately lost his temper.

Then Biden conveyed to Zelenskyy that his administration was putting all its efforts into supporting Ukraine, as per reports. Raising his voice, he told Zelenskyy that he was expecting a little more gratitude from the Ukrainian President, the reports said.
