Narendra Modi’s friendship with the Russian President Vladimir Putin goes back a long way. Putin wished ‘all the best’ to his ‘dear friend’ Narendra Modi a day before his birthday as the two leaders held talks on Friday. Referring to India as its ‘time-tested friend’, Putin called India a ‘friendly country’.

India has always maintained an extensive and comprehensive economic, military and political relationship with Israel. In 2020, Donald Trump visited India and participated in the mega ‘Namaste Trump’ event. The former US President said that PM Modi is a ‘tremendously successful leader’. Calling the PM his true friend, Trump praised his role in taking India to newer heights.

“Prime Minister Modi underscores the limitless promises of this great nation. He is the tremendously successful leader of this vast Indian Republic,” Trump said at the event.
