US Midterm Elections 2022: First poll results out. Here's what it says

It's too early to predict who will win Pennsylvania's Senate election between Democrats John Fetterman and Republicans Mehmet Oz. However, the ongoing updates might predict the winner soon.

As the outcomes of the critical US midterm elections roll in, Republicans appear poised to win control of the House of Representatives. According to predictions, Florida's Republican Ron DeSantis will keep his position as governor, while Marco Rubio will continue to serve in the Senate.

Republicans have had a good night but by no means a brilliant one. Their expectations of a tidal wave that would carry them to victory in several toss-up races have not yet come true. To regain control of the Senate, they will need to flip two seats amongst three states, Nevada, Arizona, and Georgia, after losing one in Pennsylvania.

Who has a chance of winning the house?

Republicans seem to be headed for a majority in the House of Representatives despite Democrats winning some close races. The size of the majority is the matter at hand. Back in 2020, Republicans were shockingly close to a majority thanks to their impressive performance. However, the results can flip sides anytime.

Who wins Ron DeSantis' re-election as a Republican in Florida?

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis defeated Democrat Andrew Gillum by a small percentage point in the last election. He has been re-elected with a sizable margin after serving as the head of the conservative movement for four years.
