US: Last coal plant demolished in Oregon, watch video

The decommissioned Boardman, Oregon coal plant was demolished this Thursday. Portland General Electric retirees and employees were able to watch the last coal plant in Oregon go down. The plant provided energy in Oregon for 40 years. The demolition was one step of the environmental cleanup process taking place at the plant. Full decommission is expected by the spring of 2023. Watch
