Dr Jill Biden, US First Lady, wife of US President Joe Biden, talked at the Communities in Schools (CIS) Leadership Town Hall in Washington, DC. The conference majorly focused on imploring children to stay in school and get their education correctly. This event happened on the morning of October 19.

The conference was completed with many performances, such as musicals and speeches. When Jill Biden was up on stage, she promised that the school's staff and administration would aid the students and their families in whatever they needed.

The First Lady went on to say that schools and educational institutions have always been an integral and irreplaceable part of society. Here, all the children learn to be model citizens, families support each other and join together for common causes, and schools are always a point of pride for each town. No other place can support the people like schools do. She also mentioned how important it is for young people and parents to build relationships and help in the growth of the community altogether.
