UFC 320 payouts how much will Alex Pereira, Magomed Ankalaev, Merab Dvalishvili and others earn

The highly anticipated rematch between Alex Pereira and Magomed Ankalaev is almost here. After suffering a loss earlier this year, Pereira returns to reclaim his UFC light heavyweight title. Alongside this main event, Cory Sandhagen will face Merab Dvalishvili in the co-main event, attempting to end Dvalishvili’s 13 fight UFC win streak.

While legacy and pride motivate these fighters, lucrative paychecks are also at stake. Considering the magnitude of the rematch, both Pereira and Ankalaev are expected to earn significant amounts.

Although official purse details are not disclosed, Pereira’s previous earnings provide a good benchmark. According to MMA salary data, Pereira earned $1.6 million for his first fight against Jiří Procházka in November 2023. His next fight against Jamahal Hill brought him $2.9 million.

Based on this history, Pereira is projected to earn around $3 million to $3.5 million for the rematch at UFC 320.

Magomed Ankalaev projected earnings

Purse details for Ankalaev are less clear. He reportedly earned $1.8 million in his first fight against Pereira. As the reigning champion his projected earnings for the rematch are expected to be around $3 million.

UFC payout for Merab Dvalishvili Cory Sandhagen and Jiří Procházka

In the co-main event, Merab Dvalishvili and Cory Sandhagen will compete for the UFC bantamweight title. Dvalishvili’s past purses include $2.6 million in the Sean O’Malley rematch and $221000 against both Henry Cejudo and Petr Yan. For UFC 320 he is expected to earn around $2 million.

Details for Sandhagen’s past earnings are limited. Reports show he made $311000 against Song Yadong and $232000 against Petr Yan. His projected purse for the Dvalishvili bout is expected to be similar.

Jiří Procházka, who faces Khalil Rountree Jr., has previously earned $782000 against Pereira, $704000 against Aleksandar Rakic, and $1.3 million in his first fight with Pereira. Information on Rountree Jr.’s earnings is not publicly available.
