Manchester City will come to defend the UEFA Champions League crown and they are a strong favourite as Pep Guardiola, Erling Haaland and Co have proved by their performance. It is a club football championship organised by the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) and contested by top-division European clubs.

A total of 32 clubs participate in the tournament and round robin group stage games are held to qualify for the knockout format. The UEFA Champions League is the most-watched club competition in the world, besides being the third most-watched football competition overall.
