Trump wanted to DM Attorney General Bondi rebuking her for failing to prosecute Comey, Schiff, and James; instead posted on Truth Social and then deleted it
Donald Trump urged Pam Bondi to prosecute James Comey, Adam Schiff, and Letitia James. He accused Bondi of inaction and cited complaints about delays. Trump's post, later deleted, showed frustration over perceived lack of legal action. This came a...

In the berating message, Trump slammed Bondi for being "all talk, no action," pointing to over 30 public statements and posts from supporters complaining about delays in action against Comey, Schiff, and James, declaring them "guilty as hell" but noting "nothing is going to be done."

The message was initially posted on Truth Social and later deleted, appearing to be an accidental public sharing of a private communication.
It reflected mounting frustration within the Trump administration over perceived delays and inaction in pursuing legal cases against these figures whom Trump blames for political and legal attacks against him.
Trump emphasized urgency, stating: "We can’t delay any longer, it’s killing our reputation and credibility." He recalled being impeached twice and indicted five times "over nothing," insisting that "justice must be served, now."
After about an hour the post was deleted, Trump shared another message praising Bondi, commending her as "very careful, very smart, loves our country," while suggesting the need for a tougher prosecutor like his recommended candidate Lindsey Halligan to reinvigorate investigations in Virginia.
As Trump later stepped out for the American Cornerstone Institute Founder's Dinner, he was asked by reporters whether he was upset with Bondi.
"No. I just want people to act. They have to act. But now we want to act fast. You know, they were ruthless and vicious. I was impeached twice. I was indicted five times. It turned out to be a fake deal. And we have to act fast one way or the other. One way or the other. They're guilty. They're not guilty," he said. "We have to act fast. If they're not guilty, that's fine. If they are guilty or if they should be judged, they should be charged. And we have to do it now."
The backdrop includes Trump's long-standing accusations—without substantiated evidence—against Comey, Schiff, and James.
