The rumors first began when Travis himself shared an anecdote on his New Heights podcast while speaking to Jason Kelce. He revealed that he went to a Taylor Swift Eras Tour concert at Kansas City’s Arrowhead Stadium in the hope of meeting the 1989 singer. Travis also wished to give her his phone number on a bracelet.


Travis told the Philadelphia Eagles center, "I was disappointed that she doesn't talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings. So I was a little butt-hurt. I didn't get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her."

"If you’re up on Taylor Swift concerts, there are friendship bracelets. I received a bunch of them being there, but I wanted to give Taylor Swift one with my number on it," he added.

"She doesn’t meet anybody, or at least she didn’t want to meet me, so I took it personal." Travis obviously could not fulfill his wish to see her.

On NFL+, when host Andrew Siciliano asked Travis about his relationship with Taylor Swift and whether he did try to get his number across to the singer on a friendship bracelet, here’s what the Kansas City Chiefs player said.

"I said what I said. And I meant what I said when I said it. And you know what, it is what it is. I'm not gonna talk about my personal life...I know what you writers wanna hear, and you wanna hear more about that and I'm not gonna give you anything."

Andrew further teased Travis, asking, "Has she reached out?" To which, Kelce responded by saying, "And that's gonna wrap it up here."

But a source told ET that Travis has had a crush on Taylor for a while, but that nothing official is going on between them. They are just hanging out.

In a conversation on NFL on Prime Video, Travis Kelce's brother Jason Kelce talked about his brother's possible romance with Taylor Swift. When the host asked him indirectly if he knew anything, he hinted that his brother Travis is "having fun" and may end up with one of the girls.

"Everybody has been infatuated with Travis' love life, so I don't really know what's going on there," Jason responded. "I know Trav is having fun and we'll see what happens with whoever he ends up with!"
