Expert surgeon Dr Gary Linkov went through the photographs of Biden throughout his political journey, focused on the pictures showing his hair line and face. He claims that the president has undergone numerous facelifts, browlifts and hair transplants. Changing looks over a period of time:
Dr Linkov said that in 1980 when Biden was aged 38, a visible hair loss could be seen. He had just enough hair to comb. In 1983, there were signs of a hair transplant with plug grafts to the hairline and frontal scalp.

In 1998, Biden hair scalp looks full after a possible hair transplant after what is called the FUT type transplant. This involves taking hair from the back scalp, observing it under a microscope and then planting in a desired area. He may have also had a brow lift by this time.
In 2012, his mid scalp was fully bald. Dr Likhov pointed out that the eye bags were less obvious and Biden had a less obvious and smoother lower lid to cheek transition. It makes him look less tired and youthful.
In 2019, Biden at the age of 77 showed some signs of a facelift and neck lift procedure.

Dr Linkov suggested that Biden may have had seven surgeries till date. This may have involved two hair transplant plug grafts ($20,000), Hair Transplant FUT ($15,000), Brow Lift ($15,000), Lower Blepharoplasty ($15,000) and Face/Neck lifts ($80,000). FAQs:
