After a deadly tornado hit Kansas on Tuesday, some more tornadoes may hit different cities in the United States in regions from Kansas to Texas. The threat of dangerous storms and tornadoes was predicted last week as well across the central US and it ended up taking lives of at least five people in two states in the region. Another person was killed and many were injured after a tornado destroyed homes in Topeka, Kansas.

Kansas and Texas may face potential thunderstorms again

According to Fox Weather, a fresh disturbance will begin on Wednesday and regions across Kansas and Texas will face a potential threat of severe storms yet again. However, this weather adversity will not move very swiftly towards the Plains, and this delayed movement of the storms will curb the potential for a significant impact and chances of severe destruction, says FOX Forecast Center.

US regions currently at Level 3 and Level 2 risks, claim weather reports

More than 700,000 people across cities like Abilene, San Angelo, Big Spring and Brownwood in the Texas region and Altus in the Oklahoma region have a threat for a severe weather impact due to the ensuing storms. In Nebraska's southern half, almost 23 million residents are at a Level 2 risk related to the adverse weather conditions.
