Thomas Lee Bass, also known as Tommy Lee, founded the Mötley Crüe heavy metal band. He is an American musician and drummer. Tommy Lee also founded Methods of Mayhem, a rap metal band. He has also been involved in many solo projects. Mötley Crüe has a huge fanbase, and its debut album, released in 1981 called 'Too Fast for Love'. The debut was reissued in 1982 after Elektra Records signed the band.
The band gave many hits after that throughout the 1980s. These are Dr Feelgood 1989, Girls, Girls, Girls 1987, Theatre of Pain 1985, and Shout at the Devil 1983. It was one of the biggest metal bands in the 80s.
Tommy Lee posted the obscene picture on Facebook and Instagram on August 11. He captioned the photo "Ooooopppsss." The image has been removed, but you can easily find it on Twitter. The image sparked debates regarding social media censorship.
According to reports, Tommy Lee's photo was uploaded and was live for over four hours. However, other images that do not follow guidelines are removed relatively quickly.
