The similarity between the two games is the number of times you can play the game, which is just once a day, preventing you from getting addicted to Quordle.

Quordle was designed by many Wordle enthusiasts, while Welsh software engineer Josh Wardle came up with Wordle. However, the two games have no official connection whatsoever. Quordle has no advertisements and doesn't need any permissions, unlike other applications, which are hungry for your data.

How to play Quordle?
The Quordle gameplay is simple. Click on this link or log on to the Quordle website via your mobile or website browsers. Four sections will appear on the screen, each is dedicated to a unique 5-letter word. You can start playing the game by guessing a word appearing in all four sections. Letters in the correct sections get highlighted in yellow, and if they are in the correct block positions, they turn green. You win the game when every block in all sections turns green. If that doesn't happen in nine tries, you lose the game for the day, and the correct answers are displayed on the screen.
