TikTok star Kaelin Bradshaw dies after fight against rare stage 4 cancer, inspiring thousands with her treatment journey

Influencer and TikTok creator Kaelin Bradshaw passed away on Monday, October 27, 2025, at the age of 29. Her husband, Austin, announced the news in a video posted to her TikTok account, saying she died around 1 am, holding his hand. “She was not in pain, and her room was surrounded by the love and compassion of our entire family,” he said. “She was not alone, nor was she ever alone throughout this entire journey.”

Kaelin Bradshaw was a social media influencer who shared her journey battling a rare bile duct cancer. According to New York Post website, Kaelin revealed on the GoFundMe page she and her husband launched earlier this month that she had been diagnosed with Stage 4 cholangiocarcinoma.

Cholangiocarcinoma is a rare cancer that develops in the bile ducts, which transport digestive bile, according to the Mayo Clinic. It most commonly affects people over the age of 50 and is often detected at an advanced stage, making effective treatment challenging.


Her husband said, “From the moment Kaelin was diagnosed, she was devastated, but also determined,” Kaelin’s husband said. “She promised me and our family she was going to fight and never give up.”

“She fulfilled her promise, but unfortunately, her disease progressed beyond her body’s ability to keep fighting,” he added.

Kaelin’s father, Mark Bradshaw, confirmed her heartbreaking passing in an emotional Instagram video.

“It is with a heavy heart that we lost our beloved angel today,” he wrote, sharing several cherished photos of Kaelin. “Thank you for the love, prayers, and support everyone has shown our family, it means more now than ever.”

The TikTok star shared her final video on October 16, directing her nearly 100,000 followers to a GoFundMe page that had been created to support her and her husband “with whatever the future brings.”

“He’s stayed with me every single night I’ve been in the hospital and somehow managed to juggle two jobs on top of that,” Kaelin wrote of her husband in the caption of her last-ever video. “He even sold his truck and boat just to help ease the financial pressure on both of us.”
