Lizza, a correspondent for Politico, has requested that the legal proceedings involving allegations of harassment and blackmail made by his ex, Nuzzi, remain open to the public, asserting that he has nothing to hide.

Nuzzi's claims stem from an incident where she revealed a sexting relationship with RFK Jr. following an interview, subsequently leading to her obtaining a no-contact order against Lizza.
