'The White Lotus' Season 3: Carrie Coon teases, know about star cast, central theme and more

At a time when 'The White Lotus' Season 3 is being filmed in the South Asian country of Thailand, its new star cast member of Carrie Coon has teased the plot, central theme and other details of the series. Talking to 'Vanity Fair' about the star cast, she said that it is a huge and international cast. Coon also said Mike White is playing with some really interesting dynamics. She added that he would continue to do it if they let him because he would like to get bigger and more international and put together weirder groups of people and he is passionate about it.

She said further, "So here we are in this Buddhist country. It bumps up against some things in my own life right now that are interesting to think about, and so I’m feeling incredibly gratified. And my family is incredibly stressed."

Coon to wrap up filming in June

Talking about her participation in the filming of the series, Carrie Coon said, "Although White Lotus will continue shooting in July, I will probably wrap out by June, just so they can get me back for Gilded Age. The fact that both shows are on HBO worked in my favor because everyone’s incentivized to make sure everything works out."

Star Cast

Natasha Rothwell, who starred in the first season of the anthology series, will appear in Season 3. He is the only former cast member expected to appear after Jennifer Coolidge's Tanya McQuiod died in Season The third season will have Jason Isaacs, Michelle Monaghan, Leslie Bibb, Dom Hetrakul, Parker Posey, and Tayme Thapthimthong in lead roles.

The star ensemble of 'The White Lotus' Season 3, also includes Walton Goggins, Amy Lou Wood, Iris Apatow, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Sam Nivola, Christian Freidel, Nicholas Duvernay, Arnas Fedaravicius, Scott Glenn, Lisa Manobal, and Sarah Catherine Hook have undisclosed roles in the show. Julian Kostov will replace Milos Bikovic, who has exited the series.
