Plot

The story begins with rogue scientists in South Korea developing a virus called "The Tyrant Project." The virus has the potential to elevate South Korea to a global power. U.S. agents discover the project and demand its surrender. Refusing to comply, the lead scientist hires a black ops team to protect his work. During a botched handover, both sides scramble to recover the virus, each with their own motives.
