Season 5 of The Real Housewives of Miami appears to meet the high expectations established by Season 4, which redefined reality television. It was confirmed on Sunday at BravoCon that season 5 will begin on Peacock Thursday, December 8.

Due to the power of streaming, the first four episodes will be made available on the day of the premiere, and one new episode will be released every Thursday.

The returning housewives are Alexia Nepola, Guerdy Abraira, Julia Lemigova, Larsa Pippen, Lisa Hochstein, and Dr Nicole Martin. Marysol Patton, Kiki Barth, and Adriana de Moura will also appear.

Numerous issues are discussed in the released trailer, including the tension between pals and Hochstein's divorce.

At the same time, Guerdy is more active than ever, and Peacock quips that she'll do whatever it takes to maintain her position as Miami's top wedding planner—at least until her husband Russell tells her to take it easy.

After some unresolved concerns resurfaced due to last year's failed wedding plans, she is ready for new beginnings with Alexia.
