Season 4 will consist of 10 episodes. The production is scheduled to begin in February 2025. The previous seasons also had similar episode counts.

David E. Kelley created the show for television and serves as an executive producer. Ted Humphrey developed the series and shares showrunning responsibilities with Dailyn Rodriguez.
