The Gilded Age Season 3 comes to an end tonight with its eighth and final episode. The HBO period drama, created by Julian Fellowes, has followed the lives of wealthy New Yorkers in the 1880s, along with their families, friends, and staff. The finale will answer major questions left from last week’s cliffhanger, including George Russell’s fate after an attack in his office.

George Russell’s Fate and Key Storylines

The penultimate episode ended with George Russell, played by Morgan Spector, being ambushed by a shooter. Fans have been waiting to see if he survives.
