The Garfield Movie OTT, digital release date: What we know so far

Sony's animated movie, "The Garfield Movie", was released in theatres on May 17, 2024, Friday, is all set to premiere on the major PVOD services.

But when Garfield finds his father, Vic ((Samuel L. Jackson), who has been missing for a long time, things drastically change .

As the narrative progresses, Garfield and his companion pet Odie (Harvey Guillen) find themselves drawn into an unforeseen adventure with Vic, pushing Garfield to step outside the comfort zone.

Mark Dindal, the director of Disney's animated smash film The Emperor's New Groove, is behind The Garfield Movie. The voice cast includes Pratt together with Samuel L. Jackson, Nicholas Hoult, Hannah Waddingham, and others.

The film will be available to view on Netflix as part of an agreement between the streaming service and Sony that grants Netflix the right to release all new Sony films on Netflix.
