The Couples Theory Season 4: Release date, number of episodes, streaming details

The documentary series "Couples Therapy" Season 4 returns, with psychotherapist Orna Guralnik. In this season, she supports four new couples as they navigate their personal and romantic struggles.

Paramount+ with the Showtime plan will provide new episodes for streaming on May 31, 2024, Friday.

As per the reports of Showtime, the season 4 couples, or groups, include a polyamorous trio that is dealing with "power dynamics and hidden resentments," a newlywed couple that is attempting to live together for the sake of their child, a young couple that is fiery and struggles with religion and sex, and a man who "dissociates into multiple identities, and can’t remember fights with his partner."


Producers Edgeline Films, Sophie Kissinger, and Matt Parker are producing the fourth season of Couples Therapy, which is directed by Kim Roberts. Executive producers are Sundance Award winners Josh Kriegman, Elyse Steinberg, and Eli Despres (Weiner, Jerrod Carmichael Reality Show).

Number of episodes

Season 4 of Couples Therapy will consist of 9 episodes, followed by 10 episodes in season 1, 9 episodes in season 2, and 18 episodes in season 3.

Where to watch on streaming?

All nine episodes of Season 4 of "Couples Therapy '' will be available for streaming on Paramount+ with the Showtime plan on Friday, May 31, 2024.

However, the streaming service hasn't announced a schedule yet. New content appears on Paramount+ at 12 a.m. PT / 3 a.m. ET.
