Plot

Season 4 continues from where Season 3 left off. Butcher, after taking a lethal dose of Compound V, has six months to live. He enlists his former CIA colleague, Joe Kessler, to help take Ryan away from Homelander and stop him. Butcher is also dealing with hallucinations of his deceased wife, Becca.

Butcher has broken a deal with Neuman and spent time with his son, but failed to use him against Homelander. While Homelander, cleared of murder, plans with Neuman to assassinate the president-elect, Robert Singer. The Seven has new members: Sister Sage and Firecracker. Annie has left her Starlight persona to focus on her charity work, Hughie is dealing with his father's health, Kimiko is facing her past, and Frenchie is in a relationship with Colin. MM has recruited A-Train to be his insider at Vought.

Cast

The main cast returns for Season 4, including Jack Quaid as Hughie, Laz Alonso as Mother's Milk, Tomer Capone as Frenchie, Karen Fukuhara as Kimiko, Erin Moriarty as Starlight, and Karl Urban as Billy Butcher.
