Fans of the 2016 action thriller The Accountant can look forward to an exciting sequel, as the release date for The Accountant 2 has been confirmed for April 25, 2025. In addition to Affleck and Bernthal, J.K. Simmons will reprise his role as Ray King, the Director of the Treasury Department’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, who has a history of chasing leads provided by Wolff. Cynthia Addai-Robinson will also return as Treasury Agent Marybeth Medina.

New additions to the cast include Daniella Pineda, known for her role in the Jurassic World franchise, and Grant Harvey from Animal Kingdom. Their roles in the sequel are expected to add fresh dynamics to the story.
