Martina Navratilova, an 18-time Grand Slam champion, has been diagnosed with two types of cancers: throat and breast at the age of 66. She has vowed to fight the cancer battle with all she has got.

Incredible nine-time Wimbledon winner, tennis player Martina Navratilova, has been diagnosed with two types of cancer after a swollen lymph node was detected in her neck.
The tennis champion told the media and vowed to fight this deadly disease. Martina stated that these types of cancer are fixable, and she is hopeful of a favorable outcome. Adding to this, Navratilova's spokeswoman informed her fans that both cancers are at a primitive stage. After undergoing radiation therapy for breast cancer 13 years back, Martina is again detected with two cancers.

Subsequently, when undergoing throat tests, Martina was also detected with breast cancer. However, both cancers are not related to each other. Yet, they are at an initial stage and can be cured as suggested by medical professionals.
After the diagnosis, Martina felt helpless, yet she decided to spread awareness regarding women suffering and similar health problems. She has been a public campaigner for gay rights for a long time.
