Taylor Swift performs 'Dear John' for first time since 2012

Taylor Swift has stunned the crowd at US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis by singing "Dear John". Last time the singer performed the ballad was in 2012 in Auckland in New Zealand.

"Dear John" is a popular number from Taylor Swift's "Speak Now" album which was released in 2010. "Dear John" is regarded as Taylor Swift's take on her romance with John Mayer in 2009. She is also planning to release "Taylor's Version" of "Speak Now" July 7.

Apart from "Dear John", Taylor Swift also played 'Daylight' from 'Lover' album which was released in 2019.


Earlier in June, Swift was seen wiping tears from her eyes after performing an emotional song about losing someone. For night two of her 'The Eras Tour' in Detroit, Taylor, 33, left he fans in awe as she performed two surprise songs for the huge crowd, according to an IANS report.
