Taylor Swift ‘can’t help but feel used’ by Blake Lively, insider says

Amid the high-profile drama around the ongoing legal battles between actor Blake Lively and her It Ends With Us co-star and director Justin Baldoni, pop icon Taylor Swift has reportedly expressed disdain about her name being dragged into the saga.

A source told that Swift "can't help but feel used" by her friend Lively.

According to Page Six, the insider said Swift doesn't appreciate being referred to as one of Lively’s dragons. The reference comes from a set of alleged texts from Lively that were revealed in a countersuit filed against her by Baldoni.


Though there has been no mention in the alleged texts as to whom the word "dragons" refer to, it's believed by many that Lively was referencing her husband, actor Ryan Reynolds, and Swift.

“If you ever get around to watching ‘Game of Thrones,’ you’ll appreciate that I’m Khaleesi, and like her, I happen to have a few dragons,” the alleged text in question, said to have been sent by Lively to Baldoni, as per the latter's amended complaint, reportedly reads.

Baldoni asserts that Lively was referring to Swift in the alleged message. The director claims it was part of the messages he exchanged with Lively when the duo were script revisions. “Taylor really wishes Blake hadn’t dragged her into this whole situation," Page Six quoted its source as saying.

The legal battle between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni is quite complex and involves a sexual harassment claim filed by the former against the latter. On the other hand, Baldoni has sued Lively and Ryan Reynolds for alleged slander. The director-actor has alleged that he was sidelined by Lively during the post-production stage of It Ends With Us.

Baldoni has also accused that he was ostracised by other actors of the film owing to Lively's influence. According to News18, he claims that she intentionally created a “trail of breadcrumbs" that created the impression that he had wronged her.
