There are chances that the WWE star Tammy Sytch can face criminal charges as the police are investigating her involvement in a fatal car crash in Florida.

What are the details related to the incident?

As per the news briefing of Ormond Beach Police Department (OBPD), on 25th March at around 8:30 p.m., Tammy Sytch was driving southwards on Highway 1 of US. There she ran into a vehicle that was standing at the traffic light. The car that was hit by Sytch further struck the car standing in front of it, which was halted due to a traffic light.


Furthermore, the news briefing states that a search warrant was approved and executed against Tammy Sytch, and before being released, she was taken to Halifax Health Medical Center, where blood samples were taken for an investigation related to impairment.

At the same hospital, the person driving the second car, who has been reportedly identified as Julian Lafrancis Lasseter, hailing from Daytona Beach Shores, was declared dead by the doctors. The driver and passengers suffered injuries in the third car, but they did not visit the hospital for any treatment.

The police have updated that the Traffic Division Department is proactively investigating this crash incident. There are chances that the case may lead to criminal charges on Tammy Sytch, based on the pending toxicology results. Furthermore, OBPD has demanded an expedited timeframe for checking blood samples of Sytch. The Police Department of Ormond Beach has yet not responded to the comments requested by people.

Sytch was popularly known as Sunny during her wrestling career; many people consider her the first Diva of WWE, due to which she rose to fame. She was introduced to the WWE Hall of Fame in the year 2011 after she left the company in the late '90s.
