A rapper from Los Angeles, who appeared in the 2018 film "SuperFly", was given a 50-year-jail sentence on Monday.
Kaalan Walker, a well-known cast member of the film “SuperFly”, was given a sentence of 50 years to life in prison for raping multiple women.
The 27-year-old rapper was found guilty by a jury of the charges levelled against him by three young girls and four other women. According to the Los Angeles Times, the district attorney's office of Los Angeles County charged Walker with two charges of rape by intoxication, three instances of forcible rape, and two cases of statutory rape.

The women were duped by Kaalan Walker's penchant for making false promises. According to an NBC 4 report, defense lawyer Andrew Flier said that these women "deliberately made their judgments."
